About the Festival

This year, we proudly present the Masskara Festival – the Festival of Smiles, bringing the vibrant spirit of Bacolod to BC with dazzling masks, colorful costumes, and contagious energy.

Indulge your senses with Authentic Filipino Cuisine, dance to the rhythms of traditional and contemporary Philippine music, and witness breathtaking cultural performances, dynamic field demonstrations, fashion showcases, arts exhibits, and so much more!
